All activities on the day are tailored to the ages and abilities of the children attending, ensuring there is always something for everyone. Listed below are just some of the countless ideas we have previously used:
Free Play
We have a dressing up / role play area; a construction area with wooden blocks and lego bricks for smaller hands; trains and transport, farms and animals, card games, dominoes and many other old favourites
Floor Fun
We encourage physical activity through structured group play with games such as giant Snakes and Ladders, Twister & hula hoops. We also have a giant colourful parachute which is a particular favourite and we are happy to utilise any outside space if the weather allows
Arts & Crafts
Mask, crown, hat & card making activities - don't worry we won't use paint or felt tips :-) We also use Playdoh and have lots of tools and moulds to entertain Playdoh fans
Quiet Area
We understand that not everyone will want to join in with the games and activities, instead a quiet area will be available for those children who might prefer to read a book or do a jigsaw puzzle. Although they can of course change their minds and join in any time they wish
Baby & Toddler Time
We don’t forget our younger guests. In addition to the necessary sleep mats & bumbos, we also have ball pools & inflatables, play tents & tunnels, building bricks & dolls and much much more
